For my portfolio I created it on In Design. I created a portfolio in this PDF version and a print out booklet a3 this is so when applying for jobs and internship etc. I can send a digital version alongside my other information. I also have a printed version for interviews and other face to face business. I wouldn’t say I have a constant theme yet amongst my work so I added a variety of themes to show different skills and techniques. I separated the different themes in different categories which I think was easy to notice. The content of my portfolio was separated into projects and each one was titled clearly with a brief explanation which helped understand the content and concept. However some images/sections the photographs spoke for themselves. The theme and style I went for was simplistic yet arty, I emphasised white space whilst keeping a flowing them of white and grey. This worked as it contrasted against the images. when researching how to make a professional portfolio i found it mentioned to have 20-30 images which I aimed to include. I presented some images with the white border around and some with multiple on a page this was influenced on my research in previous portfolios and I liked the design of mixing it up yet keeping it simple and not too over crowded.
These were some inspirations I had when looking around and creating my portfolio. As mentioned I wanted to include some white space as well as full imagery and some text in relation to the content.
